The Parliamentary Portfolio Committee on Transport and Infrastructure Development, led by chairman Hon Karikoga, engaged the Municipality of Chinhoyi over the weekend during verification on utilisation of the Road Fund, commonly referred to as ZINARA FUND, and fuel allocations for Infrastructure maintenance.
The committee, which eventually toured some roads maintenance projects undertaken by the Municipality also interrogated the reporting system and acquittal of public funds in light of NDS 2.
