The Municipality of Chinhoyi today held a workshop facilitated by LADS to train staff on how to use a chatbot aimed at improving service delivery.
The chatbot is expected to help residents access municipal information and make enquiries more efficiently, while strengthening communication between the Municipality and the community.
The initiative is part of the Municipality’s efforts to embrace digital innovation and deliver more efficient and accessible services.
