In accordance with the Municipality of Chinhoyi's Dog By-Laws, all dogs within the municipal area must be properly secured.
All dog owners are required to ensure that their dogs are kept on a leash when outside their homes and in public places. This measure is to prevent incidents that may cause harm to members of the public.
Failure to comply with this order may result in your dog being impounded.
