BURST PIPE: HUNYANI WATER TREATMENT PLANT

To our valued Residents and Stakeholders.

We have experienced a major breakdown (burst pipe) on our 600 mm potable water pipe at the Hunyani Raw Water and Treatment Plant.

As a result, the following areas supplied by this plant will be affected:

1. Brundish, Gunhill, Cherima, Rusununguko
2. Chikonohono, Ruvimbo 1 & 2, White City, Rujeko
3. St Ives, CSC, Cotpro Industrial Area, Machamire
4. Mapako, Orange Grove, ZRP Camp, and other higher-elevation areas

We expect normal water supply to be restored within 4 days. Residents are advised to use water sparingly during this period.

We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused by this unforeseen breakdown.
